We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operation Technology (OT) / Industrial Control System (ISC) Cybersecurity Professional to join our team. You will have spent the last 3 – 5 years focused on the increased connectivity being introduced to industrial environments. You will be familiar with assessing industrial environments, performing inventory, audits, assessing connectivity, authentication and access controls. You industry experience, familiarity with best practices and contemporary knowledge of solutions make your recommendations on how to respond optimize the business value of the investment. This is a critical role, as we are committed to protecting our customers' data and ensuring the security of our products.

Job Requirements:

• Identify the security vulnerabilities in our industrial equipment and internet connectivity.
• Assess the risks posed by these vulnerabilities.
• Recommend mitigation strategies to reduce the risks.
• Help us to develop and implement a security plan that meets our requirements and budget.
• Monitor our security posture and provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on industrial control systems (ICS) security.
• Experience with security standards and regulations such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, Common Criteria, and UL 2900.
• Experience with performing SOC 2 audits.
• Experience with implementing ISO 27001 controls.
• Experience with IEC 62443 security principles and requirements.
• Experience with Common Criteria evaluation methodology.
• Experience with UL 2900 security requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
