Bridge Hotel Group is the leading Hotel Management company in New York City with hotels across all major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and Luxury Boutique. The Area Director of Front Office provides onboarding, training and development to all of our Front Office TEAM members in New York City. You will be responsible for helping them achieve their “more” and driving associate promotion and growth throughout our dynamic organization. You will dive into the Guest Satisfaction scores of the portfolio on a regular basis, and formulate training initiatives to help the TEAMs better their GSS Performance, improve retention and drive our industry leading Associate Opinion scores. You will hold Quarterly Front Office Leadership Forums to implement broad strokes concepts and improvements to our leaders knowledge base and improve their processes and execution. You will build lasting and meaningful relationships with all of our property leaders across Bridge’s expanding NYC Portfolio. The ideal candidate for this role is an efficient self-starter, enjoys leading and developing TEAM members, has a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills.
