We are looking to expand our services targeting medically appropriate and ethical weight loss and bio-identical hormone pellet therapy. Provider will be responsible for assisting in the set up of this new arm of the practice. New provider will receive hands on training in the administration and placement of bio-identical hormone pellets.

Minimum requirements:

Masters degree.

Oregon license

DEA certificate

Responsibilities:

Assist in the start-up of a new arm of medical services offered at the clinic focusing on medically appropriate and ethical weight loss and hormone therapy treatment.
