Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases - Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales area - Stock towels and merchandise products - Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Proficient in operating a cash register and handling financial transactions - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Ability to sell products and upsell to customers - Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and change - Previous experience in jewelry or electronics sales is preferred but not required - Proven track record of achieving sales targets is a plus We offer competitive compensation, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth.
