We’ve teamed up with the world renowned Sugarshack Music Channel to bring SWFL an innovative dining and music music experience we call Sugarshack Downtown. Our restaurant will be an immersive and unique blend of incredible food, drink, and live music set in the tranquil yet hip downtown area of Old 41 in Bonita Springs, FL.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to cultivate an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, shift management, event management, handling accounting as related to the FOH, ordering supplies, labor management, and creating a culture of accountability.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Assist in budget development and financial planning.
• Monitor financial performance and contribute to profit optimization.
• Manage cost of good program and prime costs as it relates to the FOH.

• Guest Experience:
• Foster a fun and energetic environment where guests can enjoy themselves at the highest level.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the Bar/Kitchen manager and team to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Address any guest feedback posted online and follow up with team members to both celebrate or hold accountable depending on the circumstance.

• Staff Management:
• Recruit, train, and supervise FOH staff.
• Schedule and manage labor goals effectively.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Create systems to manage the cleanliness and operation of the entire FOH.
• In high volume experiences you will be responsible for running the floor (10 servers, 4 runners, 4 hosts) in an extremely efficient fashion.

• Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a FOH Manager in a high volume setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Proven history of success with providing guests exceptional experience.
