Brickell Cosmetic Center is Hiring a Front Desk Sales Coordinator Near Miami, FL

Our talented team is looking for a full-time Front Desk Sales Coordinator who is ambitious, dedicated to the aesthetic/cosmetic field, proficient in sales and wants to grow with us!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a minimum of an associate degree.
  • 1 - 3 years sales experience required.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in customer service also required.
  • 1 year of experience in Aesthetics & Wellness or 2 years’ experience in the retail industry preferred.
  • Must speak English (Spanish also is preferred)
  • Able to work on site (this is not a remote position)

Job Summary

The Front Desk Sales Coordinator (Experience Curator) is responsible for overall Front Desk activities including checking in/out patients, answering phone calls, adjusting the schedule, doing, and correcting appointment notes, follow ups, and customer service. As well as closing sales by building rapport with potential clients. May assist on projects and provide any additional administrative support necessary for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Welcome all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide guidance to clients on the procedures at the business.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential clients; explain products and service capabilities; and overcome objections.
  • Create client retention by upselling additional products and services.
  • Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to patients, families, staff, vendors, and the community: greeting clients, observing front door/guest protocols, HIPAA Privacy and Security Procedures, etc.
  • Answer telephone calls and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Keep the reception area clean and conducive for clients as they wait for their turn to be attended too.
  • Introduce new beauty products to clients and educate them on their uses and benefits.
  • Keep clients updated on the current promotions and discounts on products and services offered in the business.
  • Process payments from clients for services ordered from the business. Perform cashier duties such as, processing client payments, collecting method of payment and cash handling.
  • Ensures leads are being answered in a timely manner and initiating sales process by describing Brickell Cosmetic Center treatments and skincare lines professionally and with an expert knowledge base.
  • Maximizing all sale transactions throughout the day
  • Consistently looking at schedule and calling wait-list clients to maximize the schedule.
  • Keep track of long-term clients for them to enjoy benefits given to loyal customers.
  • Open and close the spa at the appropriate time.
  • Assist in getting client feedback on level of services delivered to improve on service delivery.
  • Inform staff members of appointments that have been canceled by clients, and alert staff members of the arrival of first-time clients.
  • Assist in developing promotional events, which focus on increasing the clientele of the business.
  • Receive customer complaints and feedback and direct them to appropriate offices for resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned, deemed necessary for operational needs.
