Social Services Assistant Responsibilities:
- As a social services assistant, you will assist the social services director with the implementation of social services programs.
- You will help the residents become acquainted with community resources.
- You will conduct social services checks on residents and follow up on behavior reports under the supervision of the Director.
- You will assist with resolving resident grievances.
Social Services Coordinator Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a social services position in long term care or nursing homes.
- Experience with discharge planning.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Experience in long-term care preferred.
