Regional Nursing Consultant (RNC) Duties:

• Oversee and standardize the clinical systems within your region.
• Monitor systems and processes at the facility level.
• Develop key clinical managers to help them effectively fulfill their responsibilities and improve their skills.
• Identify and respond to clinical issues within your region's facilities.

Regional Nursing Consultant Requirements:

• 2 or more years experience as a DON, LNHA, Surveyor, or Regional Clinician.
• Knowledge of OBRA, OSHA, HIPAA, and Illnois State regulations.
• Knowledge of staffing patterns and clinical cost management.
• Demonstrative skill at problem solving and detailed planning/organization.
