Math Teacher Position

Brewster Academy, an independent co-educational boarding and day school located in Wolfeboro, NH, is seeking a math teacher for the 2024-2025 academic year. The primary responsibility includes teaching four sections of math courses at various grade levels. In addition to classroom teaching, candidates will be expected to serve as an advisor to a group of 6-8 students, coach an afternoon sport, lead or support other co-curricular activities, and live in a dorm or serve as a dorm affiliate.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

Qualified candidates possess at least a bachelor’s degree and expertise in the subject matter, experience designing and delivering differentiated instruction and creating learning experiences that challenge and support each student, strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of the developmental needs of high school students, and enthusiasm for working in a culturally and linguistically diverse boarding school environment.
