```Duties``` - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol - Monitor customer behavior and ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately - Upsell additional food and beverage items to increase sales - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred - Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques - Familiarity with cash handling procedures - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Strong communication skills to effectively take orders and provide recommendations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change - Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
