A renowned hospital in Southern New Hampshire is searching for Registered Nurses for its new Weekend Baylor Program. In this role, you will provide professional nursing care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity that allows you to work 24 hours/week but be compensated for 36 hours/week. They have multiple openings in Acute Rehab, Med/Surg, Neuro/Stroke, and Behavioral Health. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care.
• Obtain and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
• Administer medications, monitor, and document treatment progress and patient response.
• Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
• Maintain and review patient records, charts, and other pertinent information.

Qualifications:

• An ASN is required, and a BSN is preferred.
• Active RN license.
• 1 years of clinical experience.

Additional info:

• Full—time, permanent position
• Hours: Saturday and Sunday, 7 am-7 pm.
• Pay $35-45/hr., depending on experience, differentials.
