In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents following established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess the health status of residents and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and closely observe changes in conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN License.
• 2 years of nursing experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in human services or developmental disabilities is preferred.
