Status : Part-Time - working 24 hours per week

Shift : Days (8am - 3 : 30pm)

The Bistro Server supports our mission and values by providing excellent customer service to patrons while taking orders, preparing and / or assembling light fare, cleaning, and utilizing the cash register in a team based environment.

The Bistro Server's primary responsibilities include :

• Greet guests as they enter Bistro or Pub.
• Process customer transactions and maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout shift and be able to account for any and all discrepancies in the final drawer tally.
• Assemble and deliver food and beverage order to customers quickly and efficiently.
• Prepare products quickly and accurately, while following all preparation, health and safety standards and guidelines.
• Operate and maintain food / drink / treat related equipment properly and safely.
• Complete assigned prep work for stocking and set up of work area.
• Stock and execute proper rotation of products.
• Wash counters, tables, trash receptacles, gather trash and remove from dining / service areas to proper receptacle, sweep, mop, stock and other cleaning tasks.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in the Pub when needed.
• Present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding menu and beverage items.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisor.

What do I need for this role?

• At least 16 years of age (work permit required for employees under the age of 18).
• Prior Food Service experience is preferred.
