Bi-lingual HR Coordinator
We are looking to employ a Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) HR Coordinator with outstanding administrative and communication skills to aid with and facilitate all human resource processes for the HR Department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
· Handle internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
· Assist with new hire orientation and on boarding
· Maintain electronic and physical records of employees
· Coordinate training sessions and seminars
· Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives
· Back-up for HR Generalist: correcting missing punches and timecards
· Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the Sr HR Manager
· Make photocopies, mail, scan and email documents, and performs other clerical functions
· Assist or prepare correspondence as requested
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
· 2 years of experience in an HR role
· Work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
· Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust to changing needs
· Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and other related business and communication tools
· Fantastic organizational and time management skills
· High level of discretion
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Reliable and able to accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask
· Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
