**Job Overview:** We are seeking an Education Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mentoring and educating Staff, providing academic advising, and conducting group counseling sessions. The Education Specialist will be crucial in recruiting and supporting Staff throughout their journey. **Responsibilities:** - Provide individual and group counseling to staff members - Mentor and advise on academic matters - Utilize note-taking and a filing system or similar systems for staff management - Deliver public speaking engagements to promote educational programs and workshops - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student learning experiences. this canident must also be able to sub in all positions including teaching, management and support staff. **Qualifications:** - Associate degree in Education or related field; Extensive preferred - Experience in academic advising, counseling, or related field - Strong communication skills for effective interaction with students and staff - Ability to manage and retain students effectively If you are passionate about education, mentoring, and supporting staff & student success, we encourage you to apply for the Education Specialist position.
