Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented PRN Human Resources Assistant.
This position has flexible hours of Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR team in supporting the HR function and activities for the organization. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: onboarding and all functions of the pre-hire process, scanning, filing, copying, faxing, HR communications, file maintenance, and other duties as assigned. The HR Assistant will work with department heads regarding position management and source verification.

Qualifications:
Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related field and 2 years’ experience in HR and performing HR-related duties.
Minimum: Highschool diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience performing HR-related or Administrative Assistant duties required.
