JobSummary:
Assist inthe daily operations, including warehouse, trucking, and customer service atthe facility; assisting in managing facility in which chemicals and lubricantsare store and distributed in bulk lots and packages, formulating policies inregards to storage, distribution, and other operating problems by performingduties or through team.
Description:
- Ensure safety of employees
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor driver logs and post trip inspections
- Inspect facility and evaluate use of space and facilities
- Oversee and direct maintenance and preventative maintenance
- Determine types and quantities of products according to consumer demand
- Assist with establishing operating procedures for incoming shipments, indicating storage tanks and warehouse storages to be used
- Perform and/or oversee all facility needs including, but not limited to: employee training and relations, customer service and relations, product inventory and control, facility and truck maintenance, safety, and compliance with DOT, OSHA, & EPA regulations.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws; including planning and assigning work; and conflict resolution
- Other duties, as assigned
