In this role, you will be responsible for selling and providing exceptional service for a wide range of insurance products to our valued customer.
Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and present suitable products that meet their requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing them with excellent service and support. - Effectively communicate insurance product features, benefits, terms, and conditions to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding. - Conduct thorough needs analysis and recommend appropriate coverage based on individual customer circumstances. - Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, insurance product knowledge, and market competition. - Process insurance applications, policy endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner. - Utilize computer systems and software to manage customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in insurance or related field is a plus. - Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the insurance industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and supportive attitude. - Proficiency in using computers and software applications, including MS Office and CRM systems. - Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. - Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is desirable. - Punctuality and reliability in meeting work schedules and deadlines.
