Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant (Part-Time) - Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Hourly Rate: $17 - $18 per hour

At Connected Health Centers we primarily focus on chiropractic care. Our teams are trained by top institutions in the country and have perfected their ability to target the root cause of health problems that chiropractic care can fix.
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our practice, the ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, possess strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and demonstrate proficiency in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

• Phone Operations: Answering incoming calls, addressing inquiries, and scheduling patient appointments with professionalism and efficiency.
• Patient Scheduling: Managing and organizing appointment schedules for chiropractic sessions, ensuring optimal clinic flow.
• Payment Handling: Collecting and processing patient payments accurately and maintaining financial records.
• Patient Tours: Welcoming and guiding new patients through the clinic, providing informative tours of our facilities.
• Customer Service: Interacting with patients in a friendly and personable manner, addressing their needs, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Requirements :

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is HIGHLY preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with phone communication and exhibiting a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills to manage appointment schedules and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Availability for part-time work on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (approximately 25.5 hours per week).
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is a plus.
