Roles and Responsibilities:
Training Responsibilities
- Train on company preventive and predictive maintenance, how to complete repairs, and provide technical training.
- Identifies needs and appropriate resources for ongoing training, outside training, employee development, continuing ed, etc.
Maintenance
- Identify, perform and document preventative maintenance checks while completing repairs
- Responsible for maintaining maintenance tools and critical parts inventory on truck and Warehouse
- Instruct on how to maintain equipment provided by BTCW for the purpose of ensuring the equipment is in safe operating condition.
- Effectively communicate on all forms of troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance
- Work closely with available management when working on repairs and troubleshooting
- Attend meetings
- Attend daily maintenance calls
- Maintenance and operations of the QMS
- Correctly educate and train on proper PPE usage
- Continued education on electrical and mechanical training
- Review and ensure the operation of equipment through preventive maintenance requirements; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Uphold all company values, and processes to the highest degree
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Aptitude in mechanical, electrical, chemical, and plumbing
- Hydraulics, troubleshoot/replace motors, hoses, pumps, fittings
- Air Compressors, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Electrical systems; high/low voltage, AC and DC single/3 phase motors
- Pumps
- Ability to work independently
- Problem Solver; ability to identify, trace problem and make subsequent repairs

Experience:
- Required 5 years in: Plumbing, Pumps, Electrical Systems, Pneumatics, Hydraulics
- Preferred 2 year of experience in a car wash environment
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 25 years of age or older
- Clean driving record for previous 5 years- a record will be pulled from DMV
- Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license is mandatory.
Education:
Breeze Thru Car Wash Basic Certification- will be provided
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver's license.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions (non-weather); work in high, precarious places; risk of electrical shock and vibration. Working conditions may require the employee to be put in close proximity to a consistent, unpredictable, flow of moving vehicles requiring a heightened awareness.
- The noise level in the work environment while onsite can be considered “loud”. This employee will be expected to travel on highways and roads as an essential part of the job.
Equipment/Tools:
Working with tools including but not limited to: electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, high pressure, low pressure, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning. Comfortable with the use of torches, cutters, drills, test equipment, filters, control components, fan blades, gaskets, seals.
Chemicals
Working with chemicals including but not limited to: O3, alkalis, acids, generic cleaning products, oils, greases, lubricants, glycol, aerosol products, compressed gasses and surfactants.
