Purpose: Supports the Site Manager in directly andcontinuously developing Customer Service Attendants, ensuring the smooth operations of their assigned Breeze Thru work site, minimizing wash downtime, and maintaining consistency in both product quality and revenue stream in alignment with BTCW’s Quality Policy.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Work Lead
Serves as the main point of contact for resolution of day-to-day employee and customer issues, allowing Site Manager to focus on more complex problems and tasks.
Responsible for adjusting for employee call outs, shifts work priorities as needed, and monitors scheduling of staff onsite.
Accountable for the work of Customer Service Attendants by assigning work, monitoring productivity, reviewing the work for quality, and establishing new processes, tools, or standards.
Ensures the quality of work coming out of the site is consistent and whether additional work needs to be completed.
This position provides input into supervisory decisions and may also occasionally perform some lower level supervisory duties, such as assisting with interviewing and hiring.
Leads by influence, rather than direct authority. While they are a designated work lead, they do not have the authority to performance manage others in the unit. They need to use persuasion and solid communication skills to ensure work quality is consistent.
Trains and coaches site employees using the Breeze Thru Training Model (P.R.O.D.U.C.T.S.) and Coaching Model.
Site Maintenance
Interfaces with vendors to schedule and coordinate receipt of goods and services.
At the direction of the Site Manager, responsible for the completion of necessary preventative and scheduled maintenance on a daily/monthly/bimonthly/annual basis.
In the event of unexpected equipment or system failure, supports the Site Manager in fixing the issue or coordinating with maintenance to get it fixed by next business day.
Other
Performs any and all responsibilities of the Customer Service Attendant as needed.
Attend and ensure participation on daily maintenance call
Attends other meetings as assigned
Occasionally may travel to Breeze Thru headquarters or other locations for training or meetings.

Breeze Thru Car Wash Basic Certification.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervise employees in accordance with the organization's policies, trainings, expectations and applicable laws. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Holding CSAs accountable in their duties and responsibilities as defined in the CSA job description, employee handbook and manuals.
