As an Instructional Designer at Breeze Airways, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing curriculum materials aimed at preparing flight attendants for their roles at Breeze Airways. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating engaging and effective learning experiences that align with the strategic objectives and regulatory requirements of the airline. You will contribute to comprehensive training programs that ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and professionalism to excel in their roles, deliver exceptional service, and ensure Guest safety. This position will liaise directly with program owners, instructors, and leaders within the Inflight Training department and will primarily be responsible for developing training and curriculum geared to the flight attendant group.
This position is hybrid with an option to work from home 1-2 days per week. Some travel required for field research. Reports to Breeze HQ in SLC. Must reside in Utah.
