Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bakery Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment as well as having staff management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with menu selections
- Take and process customer orders accurately
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Handle banking deposits
-Manage deposit forms and discrepancy
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
-Current SRHD food handlers card
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Kitchen experience or willingness to learn
- Food preparation knowledge
- Culinary background or interest in culinary arts
- Ability to help out with various tasks in the food service environment
- Familiarity with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness
