Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent.
Duties:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Ensure HR Charts are in compliance with State and Federal Mandates
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and succession planning
- Familiarity with recruiting in the field of Human Resources
