Breakwater Roofing and Restoration, Inc. is Hiring a Project Manager Near Kennesaw, GA

We are a local Restoration company looking for a project manager who is ready to hit the ground running and looking to grow with a fast-growing company! This manager would supervise subcontractors and make sure that the jobs are run smoothly from start to finish working within a pre-determined budget. Jobseekers should be able to problem-solve, delegate effectively and have excellent communication skills. We offer competitive pay, health and dental insurance, as well as 401k with company match.

Pay is negotiable based on experience.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate profitable agreements with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of the project’s status by producing frequent progress reports
  • Supervise general contractors and laborers and provide direction when needed to ensure the job is high quality
  • Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects
  • Put organizational systems into place to ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are well-maintained, and schedule maintenance if needed
  • Work with crews to make sure the job is done from start to finish
Qualifications:
  • One year of previous experience as a construction project manager required
  • Excellent time-management, organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Construction or project management software experience is a significant plus
