We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista at Breakfast B! tch, you will be the heartbeat of our morning rush, brewing up exceptional coffee and delivering our unique brand of service with personality and precision.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customer specifications.

• Maintain detailed knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.

• Operate and maintain all coffee equipment with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

• Engage with customers, ensuring they feel welcomed, understood, and delighted with their service.

• Process transactions quickly and accurately, handling cash and card payments.

• Maintain inventory and order supplies as necessary.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the cafe area.

• Keep the work environment clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Educate customers on our coffee offerings and help them make beverage selections.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in a coffee shop or restaurant.

• Knowledge of various coffee brewing methods, beverages, and the coffee roasting process.

• Excellent communication skills and a flair for engaging with people.

• Ability to work fast and efficiently under pressure, particularly during the busy morning hours.

• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in Barista training is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
