Position Overview
The VP of Brand is a key member of Bread Alone’s leadership team, and is responsible for driving the commercial strategy of the wholesale bakery. The role involves overseeing sales, marketing, company communication, customer care, and design and branding. Now in our 40th year of baking, the role must at once manage ongoing commercial functions, while driving the brand into the coming decades of success.
This is a new role for Bread Alone, and will have the opportunity to build out the existing team to catch up to and keep pace with the growth of the company. This role works collaboratively with the team of VPs that sets company strategy and drives annual objectives.
The role reports to the CEO.
Hours: This is a full-time in-person position. We strive to make schedules as manageable as possible to encourage and allow work-life balance.

Compensation:
Bread Alone is deeply committed to ethically balancing the demands of the business and providing a living wage to all those who contribute to our success. Pay range for this position is $128,000 to $178,000 per year.
