Infinity is proud to be the Food & Beverage provider for all events at Travis Field, including Bombers Baseball, Brazos Valley Cavalry FC Soccer as well as hundreds of tournaments and playoff baseball and soccer events.

This is the perfect part time opportunity! We are looking for team members to work all of our upcoming tournaments and athletic events in the Spring and Summer! There is lots of flexibility in the schedule...You can work as much or as little as your availability allows!

General Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to event patrons. Preparation of food in designated stand, safely, quickly and efficiently, in levels determined by projected attendance.

Specific Duties: (Other duties may be assigned)

Cook food Pre/during event – pre-event food is cooked 1/2 hour before gates open to ensure freshness. Amount of food prepared must be consistent with projected attendance levels. Managers will provide guidance for cooks to follow.

Set-up the stand – ensure correct quantities of stock, proper temperatures, efficient running equipment and food handling procedures.

Help prep food items that are not the direct responsibility of the cook.

Assist other Stand workers with guest service.

Ensure that team members consistently deliver outstanding hospitality to every guest, every time

Effectively communicate with the guests while ensuring a speedy and efficient guest checkout

At the end of the event – ensure food is properly stored (proper temperature, etc.)

Follows recipe guidelines and knows menu items specific to the position

Adheres to location appearance guidelines

Clean all utensils and equipment after use and turn off grills and any other equipment.

Acts with a sense of urgency and provide friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests

Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment

Thoroughly completes all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities

Employs good safety and sanitation practices

Requirements

Individual must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl reach with hands and arms, taste and smell.

Must be able to walk, stand, talk hear and use hands to handle or feel for the entire shift.

The individual must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Must obtain approved Food Handler Certification which can be provided and paid for by our team.
