Job Description:

• Candidate will have expert desktop support skills and be responsible for computer and network hardware, software, and peripherals in the corporate environment.
• The Onsite Support Analyst acts as the second point of escalation for resolving desktop or laptop-related incidents, service requests, and connectivity issues.
• The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to take ownership of the services and sites they support in a proactive manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $34.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
