We are seeking a Travel Registration Nurse (RN) to join our team on a contract basis. The RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.

Responsibilities: 

- Provide direct patient care in a variety of healthcare settings

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers 

- Monitor and assess patients' condition and develop individualized care plans 

- Assist with patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes 

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

- Adhere to all nursing standards and protocols 

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

- Educate patients and their families about their healthcare needs and treatment plans

Requirements: 

- Valid RN license 

- Minimum of 2 years in a rehabilitation center

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures 

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

- CPR certification 

- Reliable transportation
