This description may not include all duties required of this position) Supervises daily work of unskilled employees on the jobsite Assists Superintendent and / or Foreman with planning manpower levels Reports employee time for payroll Supervises daily work and conducts safety meetings with assigned crew May operate jobsite eqiupment Follows and enforces company policies and procedures and safety requirements May be required to work at elevated heights Will be performing tasks involving physical labor construction projects Must have knowledge of tools and materials used in commercial construction May operate hand and power tools of all types : air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris Position may require working in all weather conditions;
