Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial construction and possess strong leadership qualities to oversee and coordinate construction projects effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead construction crews on-site

- Work hands on with other employees
- Coordinate and manage construction activities according to priorities and plans
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, engineers,
- Oversee daily operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in the Industrial industry
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills to effectively manage teams
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
