Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional phone etiquette, strong computer literacy, and a friendly demeanor. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed - Schedule appointments and manage calendars - Provide information to callers and visitors, ensuring accurate and timely responses - Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable - Assist with administrative tasks as assigned Experience: - Proven experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Proficiency in using Google Suite and other computerized systems - Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail - Knowledge of office management procedures - Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus Skills: - Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
