We are looking for a detail oriented, thorough and organized Contracts Manager to support the growing market. This position coordinates and supports sales activities within the branch location by personally performing the following duties. This job is remote three days per week.
Responsibilities

• Supporting development of contracts, non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, sales, licensing agreements, commercial and public agreements
• Performing verification of proposal scope, to ensure alignment with cost estimates.
• Validation of clear and concise scope summaries
• Ownership of licensing compliance and Certificate of Insurance process management
• Serve as point of contact between two parties in contractual negotiations.
• Provide redlined recommendations on contracts.
• Maintain and update contractual records, changes, status reports and other contractual information.
• Provide contract guidance to staff, managers and executives.
• Monitor contract compliance with established Delegation of Authority procedures.
• Ensure all contracts are signed, delivered to appropriate parties and uploaded to document retention servers.
• Manage lifecycle of contract evolution (revisions, change orders, etc.)
• Evaluates office sales volume, production, revises procedures, or devises new forms to improve efficiency of workflow (and development of opportunities).
• Prepares activities reports for branch leadership.
• Supports Sales Team with SalesForce questions and issues.
• Assist with quoting small rental only customers.
• Provide backup to Operation’s Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) or equivalent from two-year or four-year college or technical school; or 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General construction experience and knowledge required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Contractual business acumen required
• Paralegal experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, regulations and codes
• Accurate and precise attention to detail is a MUST in this position.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
• Salesforce experience a plus
• BAS experience a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
