Job Description : Experienced Automotive Accounting Staff
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Staff to join our team in Mc Kinney, TX, 75070. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto dealership accounting and experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software.
Responsibilities could include :
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Bill car deals
- Reconcile schedules
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto dealership accounting
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds software preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
