Open since 2017, the Brandon Baxter State Farm Agency is growing! We are seeking an energetic, outgoing and motivated professional who will thrive in this dynamic role which will bring a new challenge every day!

This candidate will help strengthen our relationship with customers by providing a remarkable customer service experience, and deepen our relationships by identifying cross selling opportunities.

Qualifications of the position include:

• 2 years of customer service experience preferred
• 1 years sales experience preferred
• A self-motivated & self-disciplined individual with a sense of urgency
• Exceptional communication skills
• Detail Oriented & Strong Problem Solving Skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Driven, tenacious and energized by new challenges
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain license for Property & Casualty and Life & Health.

Responsibilities will include:

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions and changes, including billing and claims questions.
• Providing quotes and writing policies for both new and existing clients.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to identify cross-sale opportunities for financial services and educate customers about insurance options.
• Responsible for working with both new and existing clients making requested changes to their accounts, identifying potential gaps or concerns in coverage through needs based conversations and writing new policies.

Pay: Hourly $15 - $20
