A Client Onboarding Specialist serves as the face of Brandfox during implementation as clients transition their fulfillment to Brandfox. You have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our partners. Through this initial experience with Brandfox, our clients will build deep and long partnerships through our experience of fulfillment humanized.

The Client Onboarding Specialist delivers extraordinary service by effectively and efficiently onboarding clients. Your goal is to ensure that clients know how to use our systems and how to achieve success. You will work closely with the client, our warehouse team, and tech to ensure requests are completed timely and accurately. We are expanding our West Coast offices in the BRAND NEW Industrious Phoenix Space in Kierland Commons. This space is to support our Fulfillment Center in Phoenix Arizona.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days minimum in the offices.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Successfully onboard clients and transition post onboarding
• Educate clients about Brandfox processes and tools so they are well prepared to grow with us
• Demonstrate the Brandfox systems to new users and ensure ability to use key features
• Own the relationship for 90 days on average (prior to a client shipping and in the initial phase of the go-live) to handle all questions, requests, and issues related to onboarding
• Ensure clients have completed all necessary steps to start shipping with Brandfox in a timely manner
• Establish clear expectations between Brandfox and clients
• Effectively communicate and partner with other teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, etc) to resolve onboarding challenges
• Develop training and reference material to ensure merchant adoption of tools and processes
• Recommend improvements to support client success and operations processes to continuously improve onboarding and the merchant experience
• Troubleshoot issues early on in the partnership to course-correct and set partnerships up for long-term success

WHAT MAKES YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON:

• Training - knack for education of clients to ensure adoption and success
• Critical Thinking - Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Communication - At ease speaking to groups and preparing written communications to others to convey information effectively; outgoing and energetic personality
• Active Listening - Give full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
• Attention to Detail - Thorough, organized, active and productive; able to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Resilient - Never give up and keep iterating until a problem is solved
• 2 years of experience in B2B or technology industry
• Hands on experience selling, demonstrating, implementing or supporting software
• Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive solutions
• Experience in fulfillment or third party logistics a plus
