Registered Dietitian (Telehealth) Full-Time

DietitianLive is a rapidly growing startup that focuses on helping dietitians transform access to nutrition education and counseling. We’re utilizing preventative care for clients using insurance and access to the gym industry. Be a part of a revolution of dietitians and fitness professionals!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct hour-long video counseling sessions with clients live on camera.
  • Demonstrate strong counseling skills, including motivational interviewing, leading with empathy and kindness.
  • Help clients identify their why to create sustainable behavior changes.
  • Uphold high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics, practicing a high level of confidentiality.
  • Complete session documentation (including notes, client communication, and follow-up messages) while on the call with your clients. 
  • Stay up-to-date on current nutrition topics.
  • Will need to be licensed in Minnesota and credentialed with national healthcare providers. We reimburse and help with this!!!
  • Use motivational interviewing in client and group sessions to invoke behavior change resulting in client progress.
  • Demonstrate leadership characteristics and look for ways to improve and implement new ideas that will enhance the services we provide our clients. Think like an owner! 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Registered Dietitian, credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
  • Be on camera for 6-8 hours a day and demonstrate charismatic and engaging behaviors.
  • Willing to ask thought provoking questions that captivate and create long standing clients 
  • Recognizes problems as opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Passionate about collaborating with fellow Registered Dietitians for personal and professional development.
  • Can adapt quickly in a fast-paced ever changing environment

DietitianLive's Compensation Philosophy:

We compensate higher than the industry average to attract and retain the best Registered Dietitians. Providing the opportunity to earn $60,000 - $80,000 per year at 30-35 sessions per week!

Salary: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
