Bradley Management is Hiring a Remote Learning and Development Manager

Role Overview:

As the Learning and Development Director at Dietitian Live, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational landscape for dietitians. You will be responsible for coordinating and producing CEUs, tracking completed CEUs, and driving sales and marketing efforts to expand our course offerings to dietitians beyond our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging and relevant CEU courses tailored to the needs of dietitians. Ensure that course content aligns with industry standards and addresses emerging trends and challenges in nutrition and dietetics.
  • Course Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of course development, from conceptualization to delivery. Coordinate with instructors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of CEU programs.
  • CEU Tracking: Implement a robust system for tracking and managing CEU completion by dietitians. Maintain accurate records of completed CEUs and ensure compliance with credentialing requirements.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute strategies to promote CEU courses to dietitians outside the company. Identify target markets, establish partnerships, and leverage digital marketing channels to drive course enrollment and revenue growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor course feedback and performance metrics to continually improve the quality and relevance of CEU offerings. Incorporate feedback from participants and industry experts to enhance course content and delivery.
  • Compliance and Accreditation: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and accreditation standards for CEU programs. Ensure that all courses meet accreditation criteria and maintain compliance with relevant governing bodies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of instructional designers, content developers, and marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and delivering CEU programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Video creation and editing experience preferred
