Bradford Ecumenical Home, Inc. is a Continuing Care Retirement Community offering the full range of senior living services, including independent living (Creekside Suites), personal care (Chapel Ridge), dementia care (Our House), and skilled nursing (Bradford Ecumenical Home). We offer the best of small town living, with the advantages of technology found in larger areas. We have a complete Electronic Medical Record allowing more time to focus on resident care.

CHAPEL RIDGE is seeking compassionate candidates to join our resident assistant team. Part time, and per diem positions available. Some weekend hours are required. No experience necessary. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent. All training is provided.

Job Responsibilities

The Resident Assistant’s role is to assist residents with care needs while promoting the highest level of independence possible.

· Assist with activities of daily living (Examples-dressing and grooming, showers, toileting)

· Assist with serving and cleaning up after meals

· Monitoring for any changes in residents conditions

  • Maintain a trusting and comforting environment within the home

Current availability

  • Every other weekend (6:30am-2:30pm, 2:30pm-10:30pm, 10:30pm-6:30am)
  • As needed
  • Evening shifts (2:30 pm - 10:30 pm and 4:30-9:30 pm )
  • Full Time-Overnight Shift 10:30 pm-6:30 am

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bradford, PA 16701: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

  • CPR Certification (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $14.60 per hour (weekend pay and evening shift differential)
