We are a busy, growing, fast paced company, and have immediate openings for full time Service Technicians at our branches.

Providing our customers with a safe, top notch technical customer service, maintenance and repair is the #1 priority of a Service Technician. You will travel to customers within a territory which allows you to meet new people and be home every night. Get to see interesting things that most people don’t get to see at area companies, as compressed air is a utility that is essential to the production of every business!

Brabazon boasts its own dedicated training center and dedicated trainer that has over 25 years’ experience in the compressor industry…this ensures our technicians are safely trained not only to fix issues, but on preventative maintenance, 100-point inspections, vibration monitoring, thermal imaging and VSD troubleshooting. With both ongoing education and our Good to Great Program, the value and wages of our technicians continually grow.

Service Technicians receive a company van that they are able to take home every night, reducing wear and tear on their personal vehicle, as well as fuel costs. ALLcandidates must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record, a high school diploma/GED, and intermediate computer skills. Our technicians use MS Office, the internet and a few other computer programs on a daily basis. We also require technicians to be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, sometimes up to 100 pounds.

Bring your basic hand tools with you, and we will provide any specialty tools needed. Each branch has a rotating on call schedule that all technicians are included on, and we may occasionally ask you to travel overnight to assist at another Brabazon branch.

No experience, but sounds interesting? No problem!

Our Apprenticeship Level Service Technician starts you from square one, teaching you everything you need to know to become an expert in our industry. Develop your mechanical aptitude while providing customers with the results they need to keep their businesses up and running! Our starting wage range for the Apprenticeship Level Service Technician is $22 per hour plus the benefits package detailed above.

Our Experienced Level Service Technician builds upon your background, whether it’s in the compressor industry or somewhere else. Take your skills and knowledge to the next level when you attend our training classes, learn new things, and earn certifications. For the Experienced Level Service Technician, we ask that you have 7 years of experience. Our starting wage range is $29 per hour plus the benefits package detailed above.
