Position Summary The Sr. Manager, Business Services is responsible for office management, facility management, Safety, Heath & Environment (SHE), car fleet management, supporting the enterprise CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) on activities related to facilities and fleet and reception management for Alexions´ Munich site in Germany, in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders and vendors nationally and internationally. It is essential to have a positive can-do attitude as tasks will be multifaceted with multiple people and function/lev interactions. Job Duties & Responsibilities Ensures best in class facility management First contact for employees regarding admin and organization topics First contact for facility related suppliers Managing and coordinating all topics around Environmental, Health and Safety Managing the combined reception for Alexion Pharma Germany GmbH (currently 2 receptionists) reporting to this role Managing Alexion Germany Fleet Management Support in employee on- and offboarding processes Management of office supply and office related contracts Management of office lease Coordinates and oversees office fit-out projects Preparation of presentations and analysis on fleet and facility management Other administrative tasks to support the team in daily operative business Help reception with understanding and shipping of documents Oversee contract management system (Support to legal, finance and HR/P&C) Coordinate office cleaning services Coordinate office meeting activities with relevant assistance and potentially event management.
