As a member of the Bozarth Cares Front Desk Team , the receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and employees. We will rely on you to be a brand ambassador for Bozarth and for GM, promoting our products, services, people, and experiences. In this role, you get to meet and help a variety of people, learn about the automotive business and provide excellent customer service. This is a career for someone who is service oriented, energized by people, and is flexible with taking on different tasks as needed.

The Receptionist will answer customer needs in person at the front desk as well as over the phone. In addition, scheduling service appointments and communicating important messages to department heads are other important roles. Here, you will build a career that helps people achieve their dreams, because purchasing a car isn’t just about a new set of tires, it’s about creating memories, establishing reliability, and achieving convenience and mobility.

What you get

In addition to a full suite of medical benefits, discounts on cars and parts, employee appreciation events, and paid time off (for holidays after 90 days and paid vacation after the first year), the Bozarth Cares Team Member is paid $20 an hour and has the benefit of a varied schedule that includes a few week days off in exchange for working every other Saturday. They will also be able to come to work in casual attire! (no suits required!). Also, those looking for a new challenge will be rewarded with the opportunity to learn about various different departments within the company.

To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to:

  • Have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
  • Have the flexibility to work a schedule that will include some Saturdays and some holidays
  • Have one year of customer service experience on the phone
  • Have the ability to multitask
  • Be able to build rapport quickly, with a variety of types of people and situations
  • Be open, with a willingness to try and to learn new things

In addition, we’re most interested in candidates who also have:

  • Prior experience at a dealership
  • Prior experience in customer service/sales in any industry
  • Prior experience creating a personal and lasting relationship with customers

Depending on how far you as a candidate proceed in our process, you will be required to pass a background check which includes a drug test. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
