Salary Range: $52,000 - $58,000 Position Summary:
The Club Manager directs and manages overall daily operations of the designated Clubhouse with the primary concern for supervision & development of staff, community relations, membership administration, and facility management.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Leadership
Maintain close contact and interact regularly with Regional Director, Director of Program Quality, Director of Social Emotional Wellness, and Director of People and Culture.
Establish Club environment via programs, activities and services that prepare youth for success and that create a club environment that facilitates achievement of Youth Development Outcomes.
Training and Development
Provide direction, supervision, and professional development support to Club staff while working closely with Director of People and Culture.
Support Club Coordinator with the supervision and professional development support of adult & teen volunteers
Marketing and Public Relations
Participate in community activities and neighborhood associations to maintain public trust in Club programs, services, and activities.
Strategic Planning
Ensure that all Club staff/volunteers strive to meet BGCMB mission and understand organizational policies & procedures and BGCMB Strategic Roadmap.
Resource Management
Sustain proper record keeping and reporting including activities and events conducted, breakdowns of daily participation figures, notable achievements, and any problems/issues.
Ensure the completion of required reports in compliance with BGCA and other entities; and prepare required interagency reports.
Partnership Development
Manage collaborative partnerships and maintain consistent contact with other youth serving organizations, schools, and community organizations.
Serve as BGCMB liaison for feeder schools, designated community agencies, and neighborhood businesses.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or a minimum of four years' work experience in youth development and supervision, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
Considerable knowledge of the mission, objectives, policies, programs, and procedures of Boys & Girls Clubs; and the principles and practices of nonprofit organizations
Demonstrated ability to organize, direct and coordinate operations; in personnel supervision, and ability to recruit and retain key personnel
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club staff, subordinates, community groups, and other related agencies
CPR and First Aid Certificate
Valid Driver’s License
