BGCLC is looking for a passionate, fun-loving, energetic individual to help foster a fun, safe, and positive summer child care experience for school-aged youth in Larimer County.

In this position, you will:

  • Lead school-aged youth in different activities such as academic enrichment, recreation, technology, sports, and the arts.
  • Ensure the physical, social, and emotional safety for all Club Members.
  • Act as a role model and mentor for youth ages 6 - 18 (ages vary based on the Club location).

You must be willing to:

  • Have fun, laugh & be silly!
  • Be present and engage with Club Members.
  • Be a role model for Club Members.
This is a seasonal, non-exempt, part-time position with a starting range of pay of $16.20/hour - $17.28/hour (depending on club location).Dates for this seasonal position: May 27, 2024 - August 2, 2024 Requirements:

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

  • 460 experience hours working with groups of four or more youth ages 5-12. (Some locations)

Specialized Skills

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid Certifications.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a background check and reference checks.
