As a key member of the company, our specialist will help carry out our customer-success strategies, build strong relationships with customers and collaborate with other departments to consistently deliver excellent client experiences. We seek a dynamic, energetic, and seasoned candidate that enjoys taking and making inbound and outbound calls. This position is full-time, in-office at our Castle Rock location.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE:
Guide prospects to enroll in training commensurate with their goals and objectives
Establish relationships as a trusted advisor to help ensure the continued value of our services
Maintain customer-success strategies and execute on defined follow up processes
Grow our market share by developing raving fans
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calling on online enrollments generated from our website- reviewing their purchase and ensuring they understand our market differentiators and our process
Assisting prospects over the phone, helping them to decide on and purchase the driver education program that best suits their needs/ upselling into larger training programs
Scheduling training appointments upon enrollment
Updating customer information in our CRM (Customer Relations Management) software
Consistently exceeding performance targets and daily call goals
Communicating effectively with team members and management
Identifying and pursuing opportunity within our database of prior and existing clients
A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE BRINGS:
BONUS SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Phone sales experience
Proven closing skills
Experience using CRM software, and VOIP system
Car or driving enthusiasts, educators, coaches, trainers, mentors ideal
