JOB SUMMARY:

Assistant Teacher - Pre-K Class (AM Shifts)
Needed for AM shifts, specifically 6:30 am to 12:30 pm. Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Assistant Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing educational activities with children in the pre-k class. The Assistant Teacher's primary focus is youth enrichment and safety. Additionally, the Assistant Teacher will be required to drive the children in a club vehicle.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be available for opening shift.
- Must be able to attend required child care trainings throughout the year.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (driving a large passenger van required).
- Preference will be given to candidates with Early Childhood Education, CDA, and/or experience in a teaching position.

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake serves kids at 7 locations in Salt Lake, Tooele and Carbon County.
