We are looking for a Office Manager to join our team !
Administration
Responsible for overall office activities, including the regular clerical and administrative support.
Serve as receptionist, accepting packages, answering phones and directing calls in a helpful, professional manner.
Scheduling meetings and making logistical and travel arrangements necessary for internal and external meetings. Coordinates logistics and materials for meetings.
Maintain contracts for office equipment and ensure that equipment is always in good working order.
Monitor levels of all general inventory, office supplies, and club inventory ensuring that proper levels are always maintained.
Board
Manage record keeping for Board Members, including volunteer hours, financial contributions, and in-kind donations.
Maintain an update Board Roster, Committee Listings and master calendar.
Assists with planning and administration of special events and mail appeals as directed.
Have Board applications available and file new Board Member paperwork.
Process Board badges, certificates, business cards and welcome letters.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and Board members.
Manages Amazon Business account for directors and coordinators
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Associates degree from an accredited college or university preferred or equivalent experience.
Two to three years’ experience in an office setting manager
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Ability to manage multiple tasks and to develop solutions to problems with limited supervision.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Club staff, subordinates, Board members, community groups and other related agencies.
Discretion, good judgment, initiative, ability to work independently, adaptable and versatile and with a team.
Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
