TITLE: Director of First Impressions REPORTS TO: Site DirectorCLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

WAGE: $16 per hour

Primary Function: 

Answer phones, receive messages, KidTrax maintenance, prepare daily rotation paperwork forProgram Leaders, process club payments, maintain daily transportation logs, maintain monthly member payment logs, maintain membership payment logs, maintain daily KidTrax logs, prepare and print membership cards, and other duties as assigned.

Key Roles (Essential Job Responsibilities): 

1. -Responsible for club switchboard (answering and messaging)2. -Maintain club records and prepare membership cards3. -Prepare records for daily rotations for Program Leaders4. -Maintain daily transportation logs5. -Maintain KidTrax daily records6. -Accept payments including processing credit cards7. -Perform monthly backlogging for club records8. -Maintain payment logs for current memberships, monthly transportation payments, and summer vacation payment logs9. -Maintain confidentiality of club information10. -Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development

Outcomes11. -Facilitate a clean facility and work environment12. -Register new members, participate in parent communication, and foster positive club relationships13. -Provide guidance and role modeling to members14. -Responsible for unit when Unit Director is out of the office15. -Participate in weekly branch staff meetings16. -May be required to participate in special programs and/or events17. -May be required to drive club vehicle; required to be 21 years or older, have a good driving record, and a valid NM Driver's License

Relationships: Internal: Maintain close daily contact with Unit Director, staff (professional and volunteer), andClub members: receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain guidelines/instructions, and advise/counsel.

External: Maintain relationships with external community groups, schools, members' parents, and others to assist in resolving issues.

Skills/Knowledge Required:1. -HS Diploma/GED required. Post-secondary education is preferred2. -Microsoft Office 2010 (Publisher, Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)3. -QuickBooks Point of Sale experience preferred4. -Clerical and cash handling experience5. -Experience in working with children6. -Knowledge of youth development7. -Ability to motivate youth and manage behavior problems8. -Ability to communicate w
