Job Title: Program Leader
Supervisor: Edgewood Site Director
Location: Boys & Girls Club of Wooster at Edgewood Middle School
Hours: Part time, Monday-Friday, 11:30am-5:30pm. This is a year-round position. Summer hours change to 7:30am-4:00pm (seasonal full time, mid-May-beginning of August).
Job Summary: The Program Leader is responsible for managing programs for Club members in accordance with BGCW’s mission, vision, and values. This individual is responsible for managing the before school program as well as planning and facilitating programs during the after school program. BGCW staff are responsible for making connections with all Club members and providing a safe and positive environment for our youth. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in education/social work/child psychology/youth services or is pursuing a degree in education/social work/child psychology/youth services.
